Sakcable, the leading company in Georgia’s cable industry, continues its collaboration with the premium residential complex Tbilisi Gardens. As part of this partnership, the complex’s electrification is being carried out using Sakcable’s high-quality products.
Situated within a lush 21,000 sq. m. park with mature trees, Tbilisi Gardens consists of three towers. To meet American NFPA fire safety standards, Sakcable products are being used for electrical installations throughout residential areas, parking spaces, technical rooms, and common areas, including hallways and elevators.
“Safety is our top priority at Tbilisi Gardens, and Sakcable’s products play a vital role in achieving this goal, thanks to the company’s extensive experience in cable manufacturing. To ensure compliance with international safety standards, we partnered with Sakcable for the electrification of the second tower. In addition to a range of cable products, the site’s substations—including medium and low-voltage switchgear—were equipped with Schneider Electric components. These products fully met the project’s requirements. As a result, we are also using Sakcable’s installation, power, halogen-free, and fire-resistant cables for the third tower’s electrical work. For added safety, cables not mounted on cable structures are placed in Sakcable’s corrugated pipes. We are proud that through this partnership, we are not only providing a safe living environment for Tbilisi Gardens residents but also supporting local production,” said project manager Vakhang Datukishvili.
For 67 years, Sakcable has held its position as a market leader in Georgia, offering around 2,000 different cable and electrification-related products. The company’s products carry the CE marking, ensuring compliance with European health, safety, and environmental standards, which enables free trade across European markets. A key priority for Sakcable is diversifying export markets and promoting import substitution within the Georgian economy.
